My mother (Twila Sisk‚ now deceased) was sent to a (Baptist?) home for unwed mothers in New Orleans‚ where in late August of 1955‚ she gave birth to a son she named Dallas. He was adopted within two weeks. (The birth father was named Bill Rowland‚ I believe.) If Dallas (probably not his current name) is still alive‚ he has four half-siblings who would like to meet him.
