My father is African American. I have 3 uncles. My maternal grandparents are deceased. I was known as BABY GIRL 1974 in Charity Hospital in New Orleans, LA. Born on December 26, 1974 at 1255p. Dr Vincent Culotta Jr delivered me. I was placed by Childrens’ Bureau New Orleans, LA located on Gravier St. I was placed in my new home with Dorothy & Leo(Harris family) January 1975 and officially adopted on July 9,1976 through Attys Baldwin et al.
