Hi. My name is Rachel Freeman. I’m trying to find my moms biological parents. My biological grandparents. Her bday as far as we know is Nov 7 1966. Not sure when her adoption took place. Im pretty sure it was through Volunteers of America. She lived in Shreveport‚ La‚ then they moved to Fort Smith‚ Arkansas‚ and then back to Shreveport‚ La. Nelma and Garland Freeman are her adopted parents. I think the adoption took place through the Caddo Parish Juvenile Court House but I’m not 100% on that. I think her birth name might have been Theresa/Teresa. Her name now is Pamela Sue Freeman. I have been searching for a really long time. I keep coming up with nothing. I hope this message reaches the right people.
