Hello‚ I am 29 years old and have not had any contact with my birth parents that I am aware of. I know of some kind of court case that happened between my adopted parents and my biological parents when I was very young but other than that I haven’t been able to find anything to point me in their direction. My adopted family has no knowledge or does not give me any information: I’ve never even seen my birth certificate... I’ve only been told that I was born in Baton Rouge by Russian citizens. I have sent out an application to have my birth records sent to me by mail through the Louisana health and vital records department. Thanks for your help.
