My name is Elizabeth Lemoine Freeman. My brother and I were both adopted within a year of each other, as babies through Catholic Charities. We were both adopted through St. Ann’s Foundling Home in Shreveport, La. He was born in 1953 and I was born in 1955. I found my birth mother through Catholic Charities in 1993. My brother is now interested in finding his birth mother. I told him I would help. He has received non-identifying information but would like to pursue it to get more information. His adopted name is Sidney J. Lemoine, born March 7, 1953. He found his original birth certificate and was given the name Francis Rhodes by his birth mother. Can you help us or can you lead us in the right direction? Thank you in advance.
