I was born at Southern Baptist Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 21, 1964 at 3:17 pm. I was adopted out by the Volunteers of America in New Orleans, Louisiana. I was placed with my adopted parents on January 22, 1965. The final decree of adoption occurred on October 15, 1965. I’m just trying to find out who my biological parents are. It’s very possible that they are deceased by now. Thanks.
