I know the name of my 28 yr old birth mother and I know she was from Philadelphia MS. Her family name was Fulton. I also know she died at 99 yrs of age. I will never meet her‚ but there might be extended family members out there who probably don’t even know that she had a baby n 1943 at the Methodist Home and Hospital in New Orleans. I thank Mary Edith very much for giving me life and for allowing me to have been adopted by wonderful loving parents and for allowing me to be an important part of my special adoptive family. I am almost 82‚ and I have had a great life! Adoption is a gift to everyone involved.
