Our mothers name was Sandra Lynn Saucier. She was approximately 17 or 18 years of age at his birth. His crib name that she gave him was Toby Joseph. He was born in a home for unwed mothers in New Orleans‚ Louisiana on or around Napoleon Avenue May 27th of 1963. I believe he was adopted within that year. I believe it was a Methodist home that he was born in. I am unable to confirm any other information. I am his sister and have extensive health issues and want the opportunity to meet him before I pass. Hopefully that will not be any time soon. I have no communication or living relatives besides my 2 children and would love to have him in my life.
