I’m looking for my sister that was adopted I believe our mother was around14when she had her and her parents thought it was best and made her give up the baby the father I believe was a Hispanic man.I went to the voa around 10yrs ago trying to get information around the adoption they said it was a closed adoption and said that the couple that adopted my sister also adopted a boy from the voa. It was in Shreveport Louisiana on Jordan St in the early 1970’s....
