My father and his siblings were all adopted out of Lake Charles Louisiana‚ all 6 kids. Jack and Floreen Tubb from Texarkana adopted them all the agency said they wouldn’t split them up. 3 boys 3 girls and they changed the baby name to Kenneth Bryan. I’ve been told their real fathers name was Richard Bell and a cousin named Winston Bell maybe a Eugene Bell is in there somewhere as well but other than that I have absolutely no knowledge of my children’s bloodline not even any names and my father recently passed few months ago. It’s time to get the information for my kids sake.
