12-27-1965 White female in search of birth family. I was born at The Methodist Home Hospital in New Orleans, LA. The date on my birth certificate is 12-27-65 although that may differ. I was always led to believe I was adopted at birth however I found a letter stating I was placed in their home on 2-7-66. In the letter it instructs them to contact Mr. Max M. Schaumburger 621 Whitney Building, New Orleans, LA to handle the adoption. Not sure any details other than my mother was suppose to be very small and/or young. I was born with an unusually large amount of dark hair. I was told the nurses had to cut it when I was born.
