On September 5th‚ 1985 I gave birth to a baby boy I named Michael Tadd in Shreveport Louisiana‚ at Highland hospital. The VOA of Louisiana in Shreveport handled the adoption. In about 1990 I had written communication with my son and his mother. I learned his name was William Henry. We continued communication through the VOA until around 1996. No contact sense.
