Searching for the birth parents of a boy born 2/11/75 in New Orleans, LA (on Mardi Gras day that year). He was redheaded (Strawberry blonde) with green eyes. Don’t know which hospital but that he was adopted within a few weeks of birth. He developed hypothyroidism in adolescence and has a very deep, baritone voice. I am actually this man’s son, & while I didn’t inherit the hypothyroidism (he stopped growing at about 5’8” before he was diagnosed I ended up at 5’11-6’), nor the reddish hair, I do have the green eyes and very deep voice. I have done the Ancestry.com DNA profile with only one 1st cousin found who has not yet contacted me back. I personally would like to know more about this “mystery” side of my family, especially now that the technology has evolved to make it possible.
