I gave up my son Jordan Martin shelbourn 23years ago on the 2/1/1994 at Grimsby hospital. Then you got adopted in or near Lincoln,Lincolnshire u.k. I could not give him the life he deserved,there has not been 1 day gone by wondering how you are I received photographs for the 1st 16years of you I love you so much than you will ever know & I really would love to get to know you & answer any questions you will have but I heard you have changed your full name which I have no idea what it is which makes it harder to find you & you also have extended family that are wanting to get to know you too. Love & miss you always xxx
