All I know is. I was born in Lancaster. My original birth name was Amanda O’Brien The rest is what I was told by my adoptive mother. I was told my birth mothers name was Doris O’Brien and she worked as a chamber maid in Morcambe hotel on the sea front. I was told I have a half sister 5years my senior and my biological father was married and my biological mother didn’t find this out till she informed him she was expecting. She gave me up for adoption so I could have a better life.
