I’ve been having a nightmare with the social services for years waiting and getting fobbed off so hoping to give this a try. I dont have much information as I was a Fostered child myself from a very young age. My sister was born on or around 11th of December 2002 and born at Royal bolton hospital in bolton‚ lancashire. Her name before she was adopted was skye hamilton and I think she had a middle name Louise or jo-louise. Unfortunately thats all I have and hope I can get somewhere. Thanks
