I was a home birth and my mother had to have the flying squad because the after birth did not come away. After many hour they told her that she had had twins and the other baby was dead but my mother told me many years later that she remembered hearing another baby cry. I was baby number 5 and my parents were poor and I have a feeling that the second baby could have been given to someone else. I know it sounds a bit far fetched and it could be a lot of rubbish but I have registered my dna on the system just in case anyone comes up.
