My daughter jade jasmine martin was adopted in the 19th of July 2019 her birth name is jade jasmine martin she is originally from Preston in Lancashire were we lived for nearly three years in savick estate then we got a two bed house on Norris street in plungington Preston a lot of family live in plungington and my brother Steven slater and his wife Diane slater live on Egerton road in Ashton Preston we moved to Blackburn in Lancashire in 2016 myself Lisa Ellen martin and jade I live in the mill hill area of Blackburn now in a two bed house which jade lived in too with me for a while I love my daughter very very much and hope this information helps us both to find each other also my date if birth is 27th of June 1976 I was born in Preston Lancashire my surname at birth was Lisa Ellen judge but from being in my mid teens my mum changed it to her maiden name of martin jade can use both Lisa Ellen judge for my birth records but Lisa Ellen martin is gonna be more helpful for her aswell I’m in mill hill in Blackburn Lancashire and I will be here for a long long time I miss my daughter and when she is 16 to 18 I will be searching every way possible to find her too she was a part of my life for the first five years of hers my only child and my beautiful daughter I will answer any questions she has and I hope we can slowly build a relationship back up at my daughters pace and I understand their is a lot to talk through I love you sweetheart always your mum Lisa xx
