This is to try and find the birth certificate of my deceased maternal grandmother who we believe was adopted. Her details that we know i.e. probably AFTER adoption are: Nora Beatrice Webb was born in 1903 in Lancashire, Lancashire, England, to Beatrice Maude Violet Betts, age 19, and Eric Guildford Eldred Webb, age 27. We do however believe she was born in London and adopted by Eric Webb and possibly her mother was Gertrude Eliza Dean (1878-1930).
