Our daughter Ning Jia Hui was born on July 3, 2005 (approximate date) and was abandoned at the gate of the Changning government on August 3, 2005. She was found by neighbor Yan Feng E who notified the local Yiyang police station. The police confirmed that she was an abandoned girl and that same day handed her to the Changniing Municipal Children´s Welfare Institution. We received Ning Jia Hui for adoption on March 3, 2010.
