I am seeking out my biological family on behalf of my father‚ who is now deceased. He was born on 21/12/1964. Although I cannot be certain of this information‚ I believe His birth name was Peter Kelly‚ I am uncertain as to whether his biological surname is his mother’s or father’s‚ he was born in Port Elizabeth/ East London but the adoption was processed in Durban.
