I am looking for my sons paternal grandmother (Pakiam d/o Gopal) aged 19 in 1971 and/or family, my sons father was born in Malaysia in a catholic orphanage or home for unwed mothers on July 28th 1971’ we believe his mother was a very young Tamil Malay girl and his father is an unknown wealthy Tamil Malay man. His mother was a house maid in the fathers house and was sent to Singapore following the adoption very soon after the birth. My sons father was adopted by an Australian diplomat within days. I don’t have much more information except that his has a middle name chandran. We live in Australia and would love to connect to our Malaysian family.
