To my knowledge i was born in Nairobi (Kenya).I was adopted to a family who moved to Uganda. I would like to get my birth certificate. i do not have any information of my birth mother or father. My adoptee father died when i was 10 and my adoptee mother passed 18 years ago. I did not have good relationship with her and she never told me anything about my birth parents.
