The name that appears on my original birth certificate #7252 from Frankfort Kentucky, is Jan Lunsford (aka Harbin). My adoptive parents changed my name to Kim McMillan Pace. My birth mother was born in 1930 in Tennessee, 5’ 3 1/2" tall, dark brown hair & eyes, and a dark complexion, of German-Indian background. She had worked as a file clerk and as a hostess prior to my birth. My birth father described as a tall man, 6’ 31/2" tall, with black way hair, dark complexion and green eyes. He was in his mid 30s when I was born.
