I am looking for Alicia Nichole and Christopher Michael (birth names). Birth dates- Alicia 4.11.1996 and Christopher 10.4.1998. They are a sister and brother that were adopted together (thankfully)! DCS was involved and the adoption was in Kentucky, I am not sure what year but I think 2000 or 2001. I am doing this search for my sister in law. She was a very young mother and made mistakes. The bio father and my sister in law are still together and have a daughter that just turned 17.
