I was born in ashland, kentucky , Boyd county, @kings daughters hospital on 8-7-1961. The last name of workman was told to my adopted dad by a lawyer. I believe that it’s possible there is a link to a Phyllis ,(blair), workman or a Florence workman. My adopted parents were given some baby pictures of me, with my name on back listed as Teresa Ruth, but they were told it wasn’t known if that name was given to me by a biological family member or a foster family.
