My birth name was Pamela Jean Giddens (not sure of the spelling), maternal grandmother died from kidney disease, I was told my parents weren’t married, and I was also told that my birth mother let me go into a foster home at birth with the intention of coming back for me but they had to locate her over a year later to sign adoption papers.
