I’m searching for my niece and nephews biological father. His name is Andres Manuel Ambrosio Osorio. He birthday is October 2nd 1977 and is from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. He came to the United States legally but was unable to pay for a lawyer to become legal due to the fact that his daughter was born premature. He tried very hard to save the money for an immigration lawyer but was unable to with the cost of living and my sister had 2 more children. He worked in construction in and around Louisville, Kentucky. My sister, the children’s mother became addicted to drugs and Andres tried to work and care for the kids. He was arrested on December 24th of 2008 in Shepherdsville, Ky for a domestic disturbance after he came home from work to find his children alone ages 3 yrs, 2yrs and 8 months. My sister reported to police that he yelled at her and that he was illegal. I was in contact with Andres until he made it to Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico where he was staying with a brother. The phone where he was staying was disconnected in late 2009. He knew I had custody of all 3 kids the last we spoke. My sister then decided to give up all parental rights and refused to let me adopt the kids and I didn’t have $6,000 to fight it. I have a wonderful relationship with the adoptive parents and am very involved in the children’s lives. The adoptive parents have asked me to search for Andres because after learning about the situation they believe that Andres deserves to know about his children and they believe that it would be good for the children because they have a lot of questions. I have searched all social media sites that are out there and this is my last option. I know he is in Mexico in either Baja California Sur or Baja California. I found a man online that has seen him around Cabo San Lucas and that he is homeless but the man has not seen him in months.
