Born at general hospital Louisville KY on november 12 1973. Non identifying information I was given: mother was 18 brown hair brown eyes small build. Father was in 20s, blonde hair blue eyes and stocky and of Irish descent. Went to Baptist home for children and adopted 3 days later. There is a letter in my file at the Baptist home for children written by my birth mother but have no money to have records unsealed.
