I am looking for my half sister. My father says that her name was Natalie when she was born. Her birth mother’s name is Elizabeth Hartman and my fathers name is Tilman Bain. She was born in Bellevue Kentucky. My father said her birth mother’s family was catholic, which leads us to believe that the adoption to have a tie with that. The year would have been between 1985-1986. Please help or bring us any information that you can. Thanks!
