Seeking a half Sibling‚ we share the same biological Dad. Birth Father’s last name: Muncy Birth Mother’s possible maiden first and last name(s): Judy or Judith Jackson Not sure of the spelling Name of my half sibling at birth: Heather Jackson or her possibly last name given was Muncy State born: OH but possibly WV or KY if Heather’s mom Judy moved there from OH and birthed her outside of OH. Other info.: Judy/Judith Jackson was born sometime between 1960-1969‚ and she was in a casual relationship with my Bio Dad and got pregnant with a baby girl sometime between Jan 1979-December 1984. She supposedly named her baby girl Heather. Heather would be my half Sister who’ve I’ve never met. I’d like to find both Judy and Heather if possible.
