My mother was born on 5/15/65 in either Frankfort, KY or Louisville, KY. I believe she was adopted at birth or shortly after. My mother recently passed away, and one of her wishes was to meet her real family, unfortunately she wasn’t able to fulfil that wish. She was adopted into a military family, and they ultimately resided in Illinois. My mother was very ill, so I am wanting to find anyone with any kind of information on medical history, or any kind of information at all on my family. I am my mothers only child, and I was also her caregiver for 6 years, there isn’t anything i don’t know about her, except for who her biological family is. Any kind of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
