My Father met a lady in St Pete Florida a couple years before I was born (1987). My Fathers name is Randall aka Randy Owen he and my uncle Geoff had a fling with the lady and I am unsure if the brother is question may be my sibling or my cousin but I want to know. Last I remember my Dad saying is the lady took off with the boy and gave him up for adoption I think in Louisiana or Georgia I’m not sure. I do know it was a closed adoption.
