The Kentucky Department of Child Welfare handled the adoption and my adoptive parents had two letters from the agency regarding my adoption. I have since learned that my birth name was Margaret Kirkland and my birth mom’s name was Barbara Kirkland. She was from Cincinnati, OH. I have not been able to find out any information on social media.
