Hi everyone, my mom was adopted at birth on 10/15/1958 at Kentucky Baptist Hospital 8:58pm , William Stuart M.D. Her Birth Certificate Name was Claire Louise (last name of her adoptive parents) My searched for her birth family for many years but no luck. My mom passed away in 2001 at the age of 43. I am her only Child and have no blood family what so ever I mean none except my own children. I recently took 23 and me and it has lead me down a few paths but no replys back yet. I would really like to give my mom some closure. ( even though shes not here anymore) I would love to reconnect with any birth family members.
