This adoption took place in Louisville, Kentucky. Catholic Charities in Louisville, KY was involved in the adoption. The adopted boy is a Black person. He could be partly bi-racial but we are not sure. The adoption took place when the baby was 6 months old. His mother was approximately 19 years old when she gave birth to him and his father was 23 years old and had already had a three-old kid when he was conceived. He would like to find either one or both parents plus any siblings. Thank you!
