Hello, I am trying to find out who my biological family is on my fathers side. My father was born Jan 25, 1964 and adopted in 1974 in Carter County Ky. We have finally found two papers from court, and his altered birth certificate. We have been told a couple different stories on his birth mother and birth father, and we just want to find out what family we really come from. From what I understand, only his middle and last name was changed after the adoption. Adopted by Leadingham’s.
