On July 23, 2000 I made the difficult decision to give my daughter Khloe Amberlynne Tucker up for adoption. I was young and ill prepared... It by far was the hardest decision I’ve had to make in my life. I wanted her to have what she deserved and I knew I couldn’t give that to her. She was born at St. Joseph hospital in Sedgwick County KS. I used an adoption lawyer by the name of Martin Bauer in Wichita KS. It was an open adoption and I received photos and updates for the first few years of her life. I’ve anxiously waiting for her 18th birthday to attempt to reach out to her. If she so chooses to do so, I’d be eternally grateful. However, if she doesn’t, I’ve accepted that outcome as well. Either way, I need her to know that she has a sister named Kayleigh Annalynne Nguyen. She’s always known about her... even used to have Khloe’s photo taped to the wall next to her bed. I made a promise to Kayleigh that I’d try to find Khloe and see about maybe uniting them. Thank you.
