I was born at St. Rose Hospital‚ Great Bend‚ Kansas‚ Barton County‚ on Wednesday July 16‚ 1958 and was a ward of the State. I was delivered to my adopted parents 2 days after I was born. My adopted mother was working as a secretary for a judge and he assisted her with the adoption. My birth father’s name was John Flannery...as far as my birth mother‚ I think her name was Colleen Stegran. My adopted parents didn’t want to know anything about the birth parents‚ so this is all the info I have.
