Looking for daughter born 12/22/1974‚ Wichita KS. Adoptive parents were supposed to have been from Indiana‚ but not sure if that is true. My name is Judy "Judith" Lynn Wadsworth. My married name is Samora. My father Lawrence Wadsworth took care of the details and I was never told anything about the Adoption. I named my daughter Holly Sue Wadsworth. I do not know if she is aware she was adopted. I’m sure they probably changed her name. I do not know the name of persons adopting her. Her biological fathers name was Richard "Rick" Dale Martin. He is deceased. I was able to take her home with me for a brief time. She was adopted in January 1975. I don’t remember the day.
