My nephews name was Jesse James Bell. He was born at St. Joseph Hospital in Wichita‚ KS on February 9‚ 2005. He had hydrocephalus and was flown to St. Louis‚ MO where he underwent a surgical shunt placement. This would result in a scar on the back of his head. He was taken around 2007 from the State and was later adopted out. We miss him. He is very loved. He has 2 older siblings and a younger brother that would love to meet him. His parents do not have custody of any of them.
