I am looking for my grandmother’s birth parents. She was adopted in April 1910 & brought to the house of Marcellus and Almeda Smith for adoption by J C Barnhardt from Lawrence‚ Kansas Orphange. After testing my DNA‚ I theorize that her birth parents are Charley Hughes and Virginia B Hayes that lived in Missouri. The Hughes family has a daughter born on this same day and my grandmother always told me that she was a twin. I would love to validate this theory with proof.
