Hello. My husband was born in Topeka‚ KS Oct. 11‚ 1965. We have found his birth mother Billie N. We know his biological father would have been stationed at Forbes (Field) AFB‚ Topeka‚ KS in 1964 or 1965. He went by the name of Bud (last name of Sisco .
