I recently found out I was adopted and I’m just trying to put all the pieces together. I am fortunate to have quite a bit of information. I was born at KU Med in Kansas City‚ Kansas and the Doctor who delivered me was named Sterling B. Williams. The adoption agency used in my adoption‚ was a private agency called Family and Children’s Service’s of Kansas City inc. There was a Social Worker named Joann Feehan who left notes in my adoption paperwork. I had a Foster Name and it was “Chris Faubion.” I know my biological mother would have been 25 years old at the time of my birth and that she was only 4’11” tall and weighed 95 pounds. I also know that my biological father is said to have only been 5’6” tall and 130 pounds he would have been 32 years old when I was born.
