I am searching for my birth mother. I was born January 16‚ 1964 at St. Francis hospital in Wichita Ks. I have been told that my birth mother was an unwed teenager from Oklahoma‚ and that the father may have been a college student‚ possibly at one of the Texas universities. At one time‚ I obtained a copy of my birth record from the Wichita records center. I lost this a long time ago‚ but I think my Birth mother's name on the paperwork was Judy A. Collie. This is really all I have to go on at this time.
