My name is Shelly Lynn Masters‚ name after adoption Shelly Lynn Swank‚ birth name was Shelly Lynn Logston or Logsdon not sure of correct spelling‚ I was born Sept 12 ‚ 1967 in Wichita Ks at St Joe Hosp‚ My Biological Mother’s Name was Anna Mae‚ she had 2 other children whom would be my siblings Dianna‚ approximately 4 or 5 and John approximately 2 or 3 years of age‚‚ at the time I was born‚ I f I can’t find my birth Mother I’d atleast like to find my siblings‚ Anna left me with Norman and Eileen Swank ‚ she knew them felt I’d be better cared for she gave them guardianship papers and years later I was adopted without her consent‚ I’m 52 and I just need to know who I am ‚ my parents have passed and I have an emptiness in me I just want her to know I was very much Loved and cared for
