I was 20 years old when I found what was a file in the apartment my adopted mom and I lived in Dallas Tx. In it contained a copy of my biological birth certificate. It also contained the court papers of the adoption of myself and my half brother‚and in April of 1985 we were officially adopted. I pulled my birth certificate and saw that I was born at Wesley medical Center in Wichita‚ KS. My name given to me at birth was Leonard Lee-Nathaniel Alvis. My biological mother’s name was Elizabeth Louise Alvis. She was 18 when I was born( March 22 1981). My brother Allen and I were on a show called "Tuesday’s Child" when our adopted parents saw the show. I am in my 40s now and wanted to reach out and find my birth Mother.
