My mother was forced to give up her baby when she was a junior in high school. Her parents sent her to Topeka‚ KS and she had the baby in April of 1967. She does not remember the date. She thinks the baby was taken by Lutheran Services and she was not allowed to know anything else. She and my dad (not the same man as the baby’s father) had a boy and 3 daughters later. We just learned of our half-sister and would love to connect!
