My brother was born Aaron Taron Fowlkes in Philadelphia PA to Suzette Fowlkes in October 1993. I believe he was born on the 28th give or take a few days. I was very young when he was adopted and remember being sent pictures and letters but I only have access to one as my mother is not able to find any pictures from the past due to moving a lot. I cannot remember the name he was given after being adopted but he was adopted by a caucasian family.
