I am searching for my Irish twin and baby brother. We were both in foster care around the same time but I believe my birth mom gained custody back of Him. She lived in MO. And later lost rights to him again possibly around the age of 4-5. He could have been put up for adoption in the state of Kansas, Missouri or possibly the state of Texas. I was adopted in the state of Kansas. We have three other older siblings who reside in MO. His name at birth was Allen Slavens. Mother was Alice Earnestine Giboney Slavens Strache. She went by the name of Tina. Father is Arliss Laverne Slavens.
